Gema Gutierrez

Psychologist

Gema Gutierrez Spiteri has a degree in Psychology from the University of Granada in 2000. In 2003, she traveled to Northampton, UK, where she treated children with learning disabilities and reading skills while expanding her education at St. Andrew’s Hospital (Mental Health Hospital).

On her return to the Coast, she worked in the development of educational activities for children separated from their families, in the Line of Conception.

She has attended several congresses and conferences about different areas of psychology, including emotional intelligence, sexually transmitted diseases, eating disorders, etc.

In 2012, she obtained the Master in Psychology of Children and Adolescents, organized by the Institute of Clinical and Health Psychology (ISPC) in collaboration with the Spanish Association of Behavioral Psychology (AEPC) and the European Institute of Applied Psychology (IEPA).

Gema has collaborated in “Despierta”, a day center for patients dependent on substances in the process of detoxification.
